Description

We are looking for a Producer to join our team in Shanghai. Your primary role will be to support the planning, preparation, and management of both photography and video production projects: from planning and budgeting to booking, scheduling, and coordinating. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a highly creative production and agency team and to help produce some extraordinary projects.

• You will liaise with both clients and internal teams to understand and identify their needs and desired outcomes.
• You will work with and coordinate internal and external production teams in the service of both video and photo productions. 
• You will manage a dynamic and growing pool of vendors, freelancers, and talent.
• You will oversee the sourcing and management of equipment, props, and products.
• You will research, source, and manage locations for outside shoots.
• You will manage budgets and payments. 
• You will be available and able to think fast and find solutions to even the most unexpected of challenges.

Experience

At least 3 years experience as a producer or account management role in a recognised agency or studio – preferably with experience of the beauty, fashion and consumer-lifestyle sectors.
